Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the AdGone: Safari Ad Blocker & Private VPN mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Passiflora Technologies (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Reproduce or redistribute the app for commercial purposes
2. Privacy Policy
Your use of the app is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We follow a strict no-logs policy and only collect anonymous analytics data to improve the performance and reliability of the app. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.
3. Third-Party Services

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Passiflora Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app following any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Subscription Information
– To access all the features you can subscribe with various duration options: weekly, monthly, or yearly.
– Upon confirming your purchase, your payment will be deducted from your iTunes Account.
– After your purchase, you can easily manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through your Account Settings.
– Please note that unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, it will automatically renew, and the renewal cost will be charged to your account within the final 24 hours of the current period.
– If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current period, with auto-renewal turned off, but refunds will not be issued.
– Additionally, any unused portion of a free trial period, if provided, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. By using Our App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
