• PassifloraTech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

4. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. PassifloraTech disclaims all liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content.

6. Limitation of Liability

• PassifloraTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

7. Subscription Information
– To access all the features you can subscribe with various duration options: weekly, monthly, or yearly.
– Upon confirming your purchase, your payment will be deducted from your iTunes Account.
– After your purchase, you can easily manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through your Account Settings.
– Please note that unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, it will automatically renew, and the renewal cost will be charged to your account within the final 24 hours of the current period.
– If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current period, with auto-renewal turned off, but refunds will not be issued.
– Additionally, any unused portion of a free trial period, if provided, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
