By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. App Usage and Access
1.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that is harmful to the App or its users.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content, including text, images, graphics, and software, used in connection with the App is protected by intellectual property rights owned by Passiflora Tech or its licensors.
3.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App’s content without explicit permission from Passiflora Tech.
4. Subscription Terms and Conditions for iOS Apps
4.1 Subscription Details
4.1.1 The App may offer subscription-based services (“Subscription”) through the Apple App Store.
4.1.2 Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually) as selected by you during the purchase process.
4.1.3 Payment for Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
4.2.1 Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
4.2.2 The subscription fee for the next period will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
4.3 Cancellation
4.3.1 You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID Account Settings.
4.3.2 If you cancel a subscription, you will still have access to the Subscription benefits until the end of the current subscription period.
4.4 Refunds
4.4.1 Refunds for Subscriptions are subject to the Apple App Store’s refund policy.
4.5 Changes to Subscription Terms
4.5.1 We reserves the right to modify the Subscription terms, including pricing, with prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
5.1 The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Passiflora Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.
